We are thrilled that many of our community-wide events will resume in person on campus next year. This includes family, student, Admissions, alumni, current parent events.

Admissions Tours and Events
Admissions tours will happen during school hours; visitors will check in and must complete a health screen upon arrival. Prospective parents on tours will not enter classrooms. Larger Admissions events will be conducted on evenings and weekends. Some events may happen virtually.
Alumni/Alumni Parent Events
Alumni and alumni parent events will resume on campus after hours. A COVID health screen will be required prior to attending the events (sent ahead of the event).
Committee meetings will resume on campus after hours. Committee members will be asked to self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19.
Some meetings may have virtual options.
Community events hosted by the school or by the Parents’ Association will resume in person in compliance with current COVID-19 guidelines. Outdoor events will be prioritized in the fall, and current transmission rates and state/county guidance will dictate gathering sizes and the specifics of the event timeline and execution.
Events may look and feel different than they have in the past in order to meet current guidelines.
Face coverings and mask use/policy will be evaluated in August taking into consideration the recommendations from Centers for Disease Control, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and the Colorado Department of Education.
Some parent educational events may have virtual options, such as parent coffee chats or parent education events.
