Every year, our Book Fair transforms learning into a community celebration! We partner with Barnes & Noble to bring an incredible week of literary excitement to our school community, featuring a special visit from an inspiring author who shares their passion for reading and writing with our students.

This past year, we were privileged to host Stanley Tucker, the dynamic founder of Leap for Literacy. Known warmly as "Stan the Man," he lit up our halls with high-fives and heartfelt conversations, sharing his powerful message that every child is the author of their own life story. His journey from Kennesaw State graduate to beloved literacy advocate resonated deeply with our students, showing them how one person's dedication to reading can ripple out to touch countless young lives.

Our annual Book Fair isn't just about buying books – it's about building our school's literary future together. When families shop at Barnes & Noble during the fair, 10% of their purchases come back to support our school library and classroom collections. Teachers create wish lists for their classrooms, giving parents a wonderful way to contribute directly to their children's learning environment. We also extend our impact into the wider community by collecting book donations for St. Elizabeth's School.

What makes our Book Fair special is how it brings together reading, giving, and community spirit. Whether families are picking up a signed copy from our visiting author, contributing to classroom libraries, or getting ahead on holiday shopping, every purchase helps grow our school's resources. It's become a cherished tradition that reminds us how books have the power to bring people together and inspire young minds to soar.
