Affording an Independent School Tuition

St. Anne’s allocates over $1.7 million in funds to offset tuition costs and to provide special services to eligible children when necessary.

We understand that the cost of independent school tuition is a significant, long-term investment. St. Anne’s is committed to making it affordable for families regardless of their economic circumstances. The tuition assistance program reflects our dedication to a community enriched by socioeconomic diversity with over 20% of our families participating in our program. Every family must submit an application for tuition assistance each year they are enrolled, following procedures and deadlines, and demonstrating continued eligibility to receive assistance.

Awards are based solely on a family’s ability to pay, and the school uses the information submitted in the application. Applications for tuition assistance are confidential, and they are considered on a case-by-case basis. Because of the school’s commitment to maintaining a broad socioeconomic population, families of varied financial situations may be considered for assistance.

Tuition and fees

Tuition includes all necessary school supplies and materials, daily catered lunch, and most field trips.

  • Preschool (half-day, 8:00-11:50 a.m.) $18,300
  • Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten (full-day, 8:00-2:50 p.m.) $27,400
  • Lower School (K-5) $32,400
  • Middle School (6-8) $34,600

All new students will incur a one-time New Student Fee of $500.
Tuition Assistance Information

St. Anne's uses the Clarity Application to determine a family's need. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time.

St. Anne’s requires you to upload additional tax documentation including a copy of your 2024 (2023, if possible) tax return, a copy of your 2025 W-2 form(s), and paystubs directly into your Clarity application.

tuition assistance application

Visit Clarity Application to create your account, complete and submit the application. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.

The deadline for beginning the financial aid application is January 9, 2026. All supporting documents including W2s amd prior years' tax returns (if applicable) can be uploaded no later than January 30, 2026.

tuition payments

St. Anne's uses FACTS Tuition Management for tuition payments. To accommodate each family, there are three payment options available. 

  • One payment due in July
  • Three monthly payments due July, November, and March (includes a finance fee)
  • Eleven monthly payments due July through May (includes a finance fee)
Important Dates

The application will become available starting November 1, 2025.

For current families: Application due date is December 12, 2025.

For new families: Application due date is January 9, 2026. St. Anne's sends decision notifications on February 20, 2026 (Grades 6-8) and February 27, 2026 (Grades PS-5).
