Why did you choose to teach? I owe all that I am today to two of my high school teachers. They changed my life. They helped me to be the best me inside and outside the classroom. I want to be able to help students to do the same.
Hobbies or interests outside of school: I enjoy climbing rocks both with my hands or on my mountain bike. You can catch me on the river trying to outwit trout. They normally outwit me! My Hokas are the most used shoes in my closet. I have been on the run since 8th grade. Today, at 46, I am a little slower, but my love for running is just as strong.
